Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa may correct genuine pricing or typographical errors on the website. If an error affects an existing booking, the spa will contact you before the treatment takes place.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase and any requirements under Australian law. Please review the voucher details carefully, including its value, expiry date and any redemption conditions.
Appointments using a gift voucher remain subject to treatment availability and the Booking & Cancellation Policy. Credit card details may still be required to secure the appointment.
