Booking & Cancellation Policy

Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa recommends booking in advance to secure your preferred treatment, date and time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so you have time to settle in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your experience.
 

Please disclose any relevant medical conditions when booking. Pregnancy must also be disclosed so the spa can arrange a suitably trained therapist and confirm which treatments may be appropriate. Full-body massage is available during the second and third trimesters only, from 13–40 weeks.
 

Securing your booking

Credit card details are required to secure all appointments, including bookings made using a gift voucher. A secure link will be sent by text message or email, or you may call the spa to provide your details.

No deposit or prepayment is required. Payment can be made by cash or card on the day of your appointment.

Individual booking cancellations
 

Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa understands that plans can change. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking value

• Same-day cancellations or rescheduling on the day: 100% of the booking value

• Missed appointments: 100% of the booking value
   

Group booking cancellations

Group spa experiences require at least one month’s advance booking and a minimum of three guests. Credit card details are required to secure the booking.

The following group cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment: 50% of the total booking value

• Same-day cancellations: 100% of the total booking value

• Missed appointments: 100% of the total booking value
